Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support or global marketing digital transformation initiative to better empower the Nuance Global Marketing Team and decision marketing with data and analytics.  This role will be responsible for supporting the transition to a Data Governance model in partnership with Sales Operations, IT, Legal and Privacy Teams.  Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting basic reporting requests, reviewing core database quality, define database enhancement processes and managing/trouble-shooting lead uploads to core marketing systems.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Support and project manage all aspects of Digital Marketing Transformation
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Sales Operations, IT and other groups to facilitate Data Governance
  • Maintain database health across sales/marketing tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.) to ensure data cleanliness & completeness
  • Manage lead upload process and user training for global campaign managers
  • Trouble shoot system issues
  • Prepare and provide basic reporting requests from Marketing Team

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A)

Minimum years of work experience: 6

Required skills (Must Have):

  • 3+ years with marketing automation tools
  • Salesforce.com experience, including reporting, data pulls and dashboard creation skill set
  • Project management and meeting facilitation
  • Ability to work within cross functional teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data governance projects
  • Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua)
  • ZoomInfo
