EMEA HR Admin and Benefit Administrator (German Language skills required)

Job Summary:

Exciting opportunity to join an EMEA HR International Team which covers 13 countries across the EMEA region.  The working environment is dynamic and international this role is an integral part to supporting this team so they meet their customer needs and requirements. This role will have a strong focus of liaising with our German Language Country regions as well as others. This role is very diverse and will cross over to many different areas of Human Resources. The person to fill this role must have strong attention to details, strong organizational skills with excellent communications.

Core Duties

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition team through the timely issuing of all contracts and offer letters to new hires in EMEA
  • Benefit and HR administrations (i.e. enrollment and management of healthcare, pensions, tax efficient schemes, travel passes, childcare vouchers, direct insurances, bike to work schemes etc., annexes to work contracts)
  • Maintaining HRIS updates and implementing all Personnel Change Actions changes for International including reporting line changes, salary increases, and grade or title changes
  • Assist Payroll and HR team with Oracle reports for helping various managerial matters, for control and statistical purposes
  • Carry out audits on data integrity in the Oracle system and assist with team quarterly audits
  • Team member on Nuance projects, with key goal of streamlining processes, increase efficiencies and establish best practices and enhance employee experience
  • Act as the International Subject Matter Expert for several countries on systems within HR (i.e. Oracle), including the execution of International employee systems set up and Oracle changes.
  • Manage the end to end hiring process (in iCIMS) as required (i.e. contract and offer generation)
  • Supporting employee HR processes and administration such as employee induction, benefits enrollment
  • Supporting the EMEA HRIS mailbox for employee queries.
  • Administrate employee communications and updates (i.e. employee newsletter, group communications, intranet edits
  • Carry out audits on data integrity in the Oracle system and assist with team quarterly audits
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 0-2

Required Skills:

  • Advanced excel experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong Communication skills in in English and German written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking capability
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle experience highly beneficial
  • Exposure to working within HR/Payroll environment preferred

Education:3rd level qualification desirable
