Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

Position summary:

An experienced project manager professional with a solid understanding of software development and call center technologies. Overall accountability as project manager of multiple simultaneous projects ranging in size up to $1 million dollars. Manage relationship with customers to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high customer satisfaction, customer retention and development of new business.  Superior Communication and presentation skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate project status, risks and mitigation internally and externally.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

-Manage a portfolio of 3 – 5 medium to large projects with minimal supervision
-Ability to lead teams of 5+ resources across multiple disciplines
-Identify, monitor and report risks, seeking and implementing mitigation strategies as applicable
-Deploy projects using Waterfall or Agile methodology with flexibility to merge the approaches when necessary
-Budget management for overall budget as well as budget by phase and discipline
-Status reporting both internally and externally including timely execution of process reviews
-Manage customer expectations and satisfaction across scope, budget, risks and schedule with the ability to mitigate changes by means of change control. 

-Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum years of work experience: 4+ years of total professional services experience and 3+ years of project management experience

Required skills: Leadership, Communication, Flexibility, Organization, Presentation and Public Speaking, Self-Starter and Initiative, Expert in Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Word

Preferred skills: Experience in IVR and Speech Space
