Job Summary:

Summary:

The Senior HRBP  will be responsible for working with the HR organisation implementing the entire HR strategy across the organisation, working alongside key business leaders, as well as overseeing and developing the HR team. 
As the HRBP, you must be able to display cohesive interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, as well as the ability to manage a diverse and successful team. 

Your duties will include, but won’t be limited to:   

  • Providing expert guidance on a variety of HR matters 
  • Developing effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus 
  • Advising on compliance and risk management issues 
  • Ensuring that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies 
  • Introducing and driving change management initiatives 
  • Taking overall responsibility of the recruitment process 
  • Overseeing investigations and complex employee relations 
  • Keeping all employees informed of key organisational issues 
  • Make recommendations on cost-effective training and development programmes 
  • Acting as the externally facing HR representative for the organisation 
  • Participate in the Development and implementation of a global HR strategy, which supports and feeds into the business plans, goals and objectives of the company but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur. 
  • Support the Management team with creating and implementing global policies and initiatives covering employer branding, compensation & benefits, engagement, organizational development, and employee retention
  • Work with regional Talent Management teams on development and execution of recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management. 
  • Provide analysis, information and reports on operational and strategic HR and Talent programs. 
  • Ensure policies comply with any laws that affect the company 

Required skills: 

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication 
  • 3-7 years’ minimum experience (Global experience a plus)  
  • Experienced knowledge in Human Resource policies, Employment Law, GDPR and government regulations 
  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or a related field or professional equivalence 
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organisation and possesses excellent communication skills 
  • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute
