Responsabilités:

Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de projet personnalisant les produits livrés par notre équipe R & D
et les livrant à nos clients. Vous serez directement responsable du test de la solution personnalisée pour les kits de
développement logiciel (SDK) d'interface utilisateur Web et mobile afin de répondre aux besoins du client.
Egalement, vous serez en charge de la compréhension des spécifications des fenêtres de discussion Web et des interfaces mobiles, ainsi que du test de ces interfaces
sur la base des conceptions développées par Nuance et nos clients. Vous devrez tester le code pour permettre à nos
assistants virtuels de se connecter à des systèmes backend externes, tester l'intégration avec le chat en direct pour permettre
une transition en douceur vers une assistance humaine et tester les intégrations avec des systèmes de connaissances afin
de permettre à l'assistant virtuel de fournir une plus large gamme de solutions.

Compétences requises:

1 à 3 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité dans les tests Web et mobiles, y compris les tests manuels et automatisés
Compréhension de JavaScript, HTML et CSS
Connaissance des scripts en utilisant Python ou Perl
Expérience préalable avec des outils d'automatisation de tests utilisant du sélénium
Expérience de test préalable sur le Web et le mobile
Excellente compréhension des techniques de test de logiciel.
Expérience dans la création de plans de tests techniques et de spécifications de tests.
Capacité à identifier, isoler et documenter les défaillances du système de manière claire et concise.
Souci du détail avec approche méthodique de la résolution de problèmes
Solide compréhension de la cascade et du SDLC agile.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale (anglais); des langues supplémentaires sont un plus
Travailler indépendamment des autres au besoin
Atouts: 
Expérience de travail avec le cycle de vie complet des projets un atout. (Phase de conception et d'exigences, programmation,

Formation: BS dans un domaine connexe (C.S., E.E., M.I.S., informatique),

We deliver multichannel virtual assistants for web, mobile and messaging channels. Our chatbots serve our client’s customers by simplifying their digital journey across all customer needs. Whether it be in the web channel helping users to understand their bill, or in the mobile channel assisting with completing a banking transaction.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be part of a project team customizing the products delivered by our R&D team and delivering them to our clients. You will be directly responsible for testing the customized solution for web and mobile user interface SDKs to align with the needs of the customer, understanding specifications for web chat windows and mobile interfaces and testing these interfaces based on designs developed by both Nuance and our clients. You will be responsible for testing the code allowing our virtual assistants to connect with external backend systems, testing integration with live chat to allow a smooth transition to human assistance and testing integrations with knowledge systems to allow the virtual assistant to provide a broader range of solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years’ of QA experience in web and mobile testing including both Manual and Automated testing
  • Understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Scripting knowledge using Python or Perl
  • Prior experience with test automation tools using selenium
  • Prior testing experience in web and mobile
  • Excellent understanding of software testing techniques.
  • Experience in creating technical test plans and test specifications.
  • Ability to identify, isolate and document system deficiencies in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail with methodical problem-solving approach
  • Solid understanding of the waterfall and agile SDLC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English); additional languages are a plus
  • Work independent of others when required

Preferred Skills:Experience working with the full life cycle of projects a plus. (Design and requirements phase, coding/ programming, testing, installation and implementation, documentation, and support)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field (C.S., E.E., M.I.S., Comp Eng.) with emphasis on software/application development strongly preferred.
