Résumé du poste: Comme membre de l'équipe des Services professionnels de Nuance, vous participerez à la mise en œuvre de la réponse vocale interactive (RVI) et d'applications biométriques vocales pour les entreprises qui souhaitent améliorer leurs systèmes d'automatisation et de sécurité autonomes.

Principales tâches et responsabilités

Les projets portent sur une variété d'environnements techniques et demandent un niveau élevé d'interaction avec les clients. Vous travaillerez durant le cycle de vie complet des projets et vos tâches incluront les exigences, l'architecture et la conception, la mise en œuvre, l'installation, la documentation et la prestation de services de maintenance et de soutien. Vous pourriez devoir vous déplacer à l'occasion.

Compétences requises:

Java et J2EEForte expérience de conception orientée objet
Expérience des technologies de plate-forme Java d'entreprise telles que Tomcat, WebSphere et JBoss.
Expérience des technologies Web, de l'architecture et des services Web côté serveur, tels que Spring et Apache CXF.
Bonne compréhension des architectures HTTP et client-serveur
Expérience des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et UNIX / Linux
Capacité et confort d'interagir avec les clients lors de la mise en œuvre, de l'intégration, des phases de test et de l'assistance post-déploiement.
De bonnes compétences en communication écrite et verbale sont nécessaires.Anglais courant (écrit et écrit)

Summary:As a member of the Nuance Professional Services development team, you will be involved in the implementation of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Voice Biometrics applications for enterprise firms seeking to improve their customer self-service automation and security

Responsibilities:Projects involve multiple technical environments with a high level of customer interaction. You will be working in the full life cycle of projects including requirements, architecture and designs, implementation, testing, installation, documentation, and providing maintenance and support. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 2+

Required Skills:

  • Java and J2EE
  • Strong object-oriented design experience
  • Experience with enterprise Java platform technologies such as Tomcat, WebSphere, and JBoss.
  • Experience with server-side web technologies, architecture, and web services, such as Spring and Apache CXF.
  • Good understanding of HTTP and client-server architectures
  • Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems experience
  • Ability and comfort to interact with customers during implementation, integration, testing phases, and post-deployment support.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and business writing)

Preferred Skills:

  • VoiceXML and IVR systems
  • Speech recognition technologies
  • Front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JavaScript
  • Database systems and SQL
  • Experience with a wide variety of Open Source Software libraries to speed up design and development
  • Good understanding network security (e.g. TLS)
  • Experience with telephony architecture and protocols, including SIP
  • Experience with version control tools (Perforce, GIT, Starteam, etc), and with Continuous Integration and code review tools
  • Experience building scalable and customized solutions
  • Business-level proficiency in French and/or Spanish a plus (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced & dynamic Professional Services environment a huge plus.

Education:Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
