Relevant du directeur de la sécurité et biométrie vocale, le spécialiste des ventes en sécurité est responsable de l'amélioration continue des performances commerciales du portefolio de solutions d'authentification et de prévention de la fraude. Les principaux objectifs du rôle sont d’augmenter les ratios de rapprochement et de raccourcir le cycle de vente pour les opportunités développées par le departement des ventes de Nuance, ainsi que de générer de manière proactive des opportunités via les partenaires de Nuance.

Principales tâches et responsabilités:

- Élaborer une stratégie et mettre en œuvre des pratiques pour améliorer les indicateurs de performance des ventes des
solutions en sécurité et en biométrie.
- Créer et gérer un document des ventes pour la sécurité et la biométrie qui indique clairement les processus à suivre par le personnel
des ventes en matière d'authentification et de fraude.
- Développer et exécuter un programme complet de formation pour l’equipe globale des ventes de Nuance
- Développer et exécuter un programme global complet d’activation de partenaire Nuance
- Diriger et mener des initiatives competitives pour consolider et diffuser des connaissances innonvantes et concurrentielles
- Créer des packages de solutions pour simplifier les offres de sécurité destinées aux partenaires de vente et de distribution
- Effectuer des tâches liées au maintien de la sécurité et de la conservationdes produits, outils et processus dont vous êtes
responsable

Formation:
Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe est nécessaire, mais une maîtrise est également préférable.

Années d'expérience professionnelle minimum: 5 ans

Compétences requises:

• Connaissance approfondie de la méthodologie de vente des solutions logicielles (entreprise à entreprise).

• Solides compétences en gestion de projet et souci du détail. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes indispensables.

• Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, en communication, en prise de décision, en présentation et en organisation.

• Excellentes compétences en analyse, technique et interpersonnelles sont essentielles.

• Solides compétences en planification et en organisation pour gérer efficacement plusieurs situations et gérer les priorités.

• Etre oriente resultat et desir d'atteindre des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client interne et externe.

• Doit représenter un haut niveau de professionnalisme, d’apparence, de motivation et d’attitude positive dans tous les projets.

Reporting to the Director of Security & Biometrics Go-To-Market Enablement, the Security Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for the continuous improvement of sales performance for the Nuance authentication and fraud prevention solution portfolio. Key role objectives include increasing the close ratios and shortening the sales cycle timeline for opportunities developed by Nuance’s direct sales force as well as driving proactive opportunity generation by Nuance channel partners.

Principal duties and responsibilities –

- Elaborate a strategy and execute tactics to improve core sales performance metrics for Security & Biometrics solutions.
- Create and curate a Security and Biometrics sales playbook that clearly articulates the steps sales staff are to following in authentication and fraud opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales training program for the global Nuance sales organization
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global Nuance partner enablement program
- Lead and conduct periodic competitive war room initiatives with sales to consolidate and disseminate competitive knowledge
- Create solution packages to simplify Security offers to sales and channel partners

-Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required, however a Master’s Degree as well is preferred

Minimum years of work experience: 5 years

Required skills:


• In-depth knowledge of enterprise business-to-business software solutions sales methodology
• Strong Project Management skills and attention to detail. Top-notch problem-solving skills a must.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
• Very strong, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple situations, manage priorities.
• Display a strong desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Must portray high levels of professionalism, appearance, motivation, and positive attitude in all endeavors.

Preferred skills: In-depth expertise with Security, Authentication, Fraud Prevention, Biometrics and Contact Center Solutions and Technologies
