Job Summary:

Summary:Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of the Security & Biometrics business unit, as Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for external messaging, market positioning and the definition and execution of a marketing strategy that drives sustained sales growth for Nuance Security & Biometrics products.

Nuance is recognized as the undisputed market leader in the intelligent authentication and fraud prevention market. Through the introduction of innovative biometric technologies such as voice biometrics and linguistic biometrics, Nuance has delivered tangible results to over 500 enterprises and government agencies, eliminating over $2b in fraud losses and successfully securing over 8b transactions for over 400m individuals in the last 12 months.

Building on this success, Nuance strategy is to expand its presence to additional geographic markets and use-cases to maintain double-digit year-over-year growth. The Product Marketing Manager will play a strategic role to drive this expansion by defining and executing the the go-to-market strategy.

As a passionate, agile, and innovative business thinker, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, you champion marketing initiatives that differentiate Nuance from its competition and support the Nuance sales organization.

You possess expertise in B2B marketing, ideally within the enterprise software market.

You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment, and embrace agile processes to drive rapid and continuous improvements.


  • Owner of the Security & Biometrics marketing strategy
  • Responsible for the successful execution of the marketing strategy, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for product messaging to effectively position Nuance and its solutions vis-à-vis the competition
  • Responsible for in-depth competitive analysis and positioning
  • Responsible to conduct analyst briefings to keep the industry influences up-to-date on Nuance products and innovations
  • Responsible for the creation of sales tools and collaterals that ensure sales effectiveness


Number of Years of Work Experience: 5

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge B2B marketing
• Experience managing marketing programs
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
• Very strong, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple situations, manage priorities.
• Display a strong desire to achieve and attain high levels of both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Must portray high levels of professionalism, appearance, motivation, and positive attitude in all endeavors.

Education:The ideal candidate has a background in B2B enterprise software marketing with strong business experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
