Professional Services Technical Engineer/consultant (Client-Facing) for French end customers and partners: deployment, project management and go-live support for our Healthcare product portfolio in French speaking countries with focus on Dragon Medical Direct.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
The Technical Consultant position is responsible for the successful service delivery related to Nuance's Dragon Medical Direct product in the French and Benelux market. The role is responsible for project management, system deployment, end-user training and partner related services such as product trainings and product optimization visits.
Additionally, this role will facilitate proper management and resolution of technical support incidents by working together with Support personnel. By maintaining a long-term relationship with customers, a Technical Consultant will gain an understanding of the market and will identify customer’s needs, their goals, and convey them to Product Management. This is a challenging role that requires ability to apply excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, great client facing and client support skills, and fluent knowledge of French language.
The role will work together with our local sales team, the local sales engineer and other professional services engineers in EMEA. Travel of up to 50% (mostly within France and Belgium) will be required.
Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing
Education:Education in computer science or software engineering (e.g. bachelor/graduate university degree) or multi-year relevant working experience
Minimum years of work experience: 2+
- Profound IT knowledge - Essential
- Experience in Configuration, deployments and Implementations - desirable.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical / problem solving skills;
- Proactive way of working;
- Team spirit,
- Native French, very good English language skills - Essential
- Knowledge of Healthcare IT market (solutions like EHR, RIS/PACS, etc., working in hospital environments) - desirable.
