Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will report to Sales Director Northern Europe. SM will be responsible for positioning Nuance Clin Doc portfolio towards Partners, Resellers and Hospitals in Sweden & Norway, but might be expanded to other Nordic countries.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with existing Nuance Technology customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Position Speech Recognition on C-level, On a hospital, regional and national level.
  • Add new logo’s to our partner list.
  • Sales Support to existing partners, especially on our new cloud based products.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

Knowledge, skills and qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience: 8+

Required skills:

  • Experience in value based selling
  • Proven sales record to Healthcare from similar position. (Software/solutions)
  • Proven network inside acute hospitals in Sweden& Norway.
  • IT skills to be able to discuss technical requirements.
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Language skills: Swedish, but good understanding of other Nordic languages.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience from the EMR business
